By way of example, and in no case limited or exclusive, the User undertakes not to:

Introduce or disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic nature, that promotes terrorism, or that violates human rights.

Introduce or disseminate data programs (viruses and harmful software) capable of causing damage to the computer systems of the access provider, its suppliers, or third-party Internet users.

Disseminate, transmit, or make available to third parties any type of information, element, or content that violates the fundamental rights and public freedoms constitutionally recognized and in international treaties.

Disseminate, transmit, or make available to third parties any type of information, element, or content that constitutes unlawful or unfair advertising.

Not to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, advertising material, "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as commercial spaces) that have been exclusively designed for this purpose.

Not to introduce or disseminate any false, ambiguous, or inaccurate information and content in a way that misleads the recipients of the information.

Not to impersonate other users using their registration credentials for different services and/or content of the Portals.

Not to disseminate, transmit, or make available to third parties any type of information, element, or content that constitutes a violation of intellectual and industrial property rights, patents, trademarks, or copyrights belonging to the owners of the Portals or third parties.

Not to disseminate, transmit, or make available to third parties any type of information, element, or content that constitutes a violation of the secrecy of communications and data protection legislation.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

Plus Apps 2019 reserves all rights to trademarks, trade names, or other distinctive signs, patents, and intellectual property, regarding the content and design of the application. All content therein, including, but not limited to, texts, graphics, images, design, and the intellectual property rights that may correspond to such content, as well as trademarks, trade names, or any other distinctive signs are the property of Plus Apps 2019, with all rights reserved. The trademarks, trade names, or distinctive signs are the property of Plus Apps 2019, and the download, access, and use of the application do not confer any rights over said trademarks, trade names, and/or distinctive signs.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. LIABILITY

Plus Apps 2019 does not guarantee the availability of access and continuous operation of this mobile application and its services at all times; therefore, Plus Apps 2019 shall not be responsible, within the limits established in the current legal system, for damages and losses caused to the User as a result of the unavailability, access failures, and lack of continuity of this mobile application and its services. Plus Apps 2019 will be solely and exclusively responsible for the Services it provides itself and for the content directly originating from the company and identified with its copyright. This responsibility will be excluded in cases of force majeure or in cases where the configuration of the User's devices is not appropriate to allow the correct use of the Internet services provided by Plus Apps 2019. The download, access, and use of the application on mobile devices or similar do not imply the obligation on the part of Plus Apps 2019 to check for the absence of viruses, worms, or any other harmful computer elements. The availability of suitable tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful software programs belongs to the User in any case.

USER CONDUCT

Plus Apps 2019 does not guarantee that Users of this mobile application will use its contents and/or services in accordance with the law, morals, public order, or these General Conditions and, where applicable, the Specific Conditions that apply. Likewise, it does not guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy, completeness, and/or authenticity of the data provided by Users. Plus Apps 2019 shall not be responsible, directly or indirectly, for damages and losses of any nature derived from the use of the Services and Content of the application by Users or that may arise from the lack of truthfulness, accuracy, and/or authenticity of the data or information provided by Users, or from the impersonation of the identity of a third party carried out by a User in any type of action through this mobile application. Therefore, the use of this application does not imply the obligation on the part of Plus Apps 2019 to verify the truthfulness, accuracy, adequacy, suitability, completeness, and timeliness of the information provided through it. Plus Apps 2019 is not responsible for decisions made based on the information provided through the application or for the damages and losses incurred by the User or third parties due to actions based solely on the information obtained from the application.

DURATION AND TERMINATION

The provision of services and/or content of this mobile application has an indefinite duration. Without prejudice to the foregoing, Plus Apps 2019 is empowered to terminate, suspend, or unilaterally interrupt, at any time and without prior notice, the provision of the service and this mobile application and/or any of the services, without prejudice to what has been provided in the corresponding specific conditions.
